How a roof job slips away

If your phone rings and your inbox fills up, you’re not short on leads. The jobs slip away in the first few minutes after one shows up.

  1. 6:42 PM

A homeowner with hail damage calls. Your crew’s on a roof and the office has closed for the day, so it rings through to voicemail.

  2. 6:44 PM

They don’t leave a message. They call the next roofer on Google, and somebody picks up.

  3. 9:15 PM

A quote request comes in through your website. Nobody sees it until morning, and by then they’ve booked 2 other estimates.

  4. Day 9

The $14,000 estimate you sent last week still hasn’t heard back. Nobody’s followed up, so it sits there.

  5. Every job

The work’s done and the customer’s happy, but nobody asks for a review, so your rating stays where it is.

What changes once the system’s in

You keep the leads you already get. What changes is what happens in the next few minutes, and the next few weeks.

What roofers ask us first

“We already have a website.”

Most roofers do. What matters is what happens after somebody fills it out. If nobody answers for 3 hours, the website isn’t the problem.

“We already pay someone for marketing.”

Good. You can keep them. They bring in the traffic, and we make sure every lead gets answered and followed up.

“I don’t want to sound like a robot.”

You won’t. We write the texts in your voice, so they read like your office. You can step into any conversation yourself.

“It sounds expensive.”

If it saves you one roof a month, it’s paid for itself. The Revenue Leak Audit shows you, with your own numbers, whether that’s realistic.

Pricing, up front

Every plan is month-to-month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. Setup starts at $2,500 and is quoted on the call, once we’ve seen what you already have running.

  • Foundation

A professional website, lead forms, a CRM and basic follow-up.

    $697/mo

  • Growth What we recommend for most roofers

Everything in Foundation, plus missed-call text back, instant lead response, estimate follow-up and review requests.

    $1,997/mo

  • Scale

Everything in Growth, plus paid ads, recruiting funnels and multi-location systems.

    $5,000+/mo

What you’re actually risking

Most of what makes this decision hard isn’t the price. It’s paying for a half-built system and then chasing somebody who stopped answering. So we take that part off the table.

The guarantee

You don’t pay a monthly fee until your system is live and answering.

Carrier approval for business texting can take a couple of weeks, and it’s the one step nobody controls. You don’t pay for the wait. The monthly starts the day the system starts working.

  • Cancel any month 30 days’ written notice, by email. There’s no annual contract to get out of.
  • Keep your number We point it at the system. Your phone rings the way it does now.
  • Keep your marketing company They bring the traffic. We make sure every lead gets answered.
  • Your old leads come with you We import the list you already paid for, and follow-up starts on day one.
  • You approve how it talks We write it in your voice and you sign that off before anything goes live.
  • See it running first On the call we open a live system and run it end to end, before you owe anything.

Questions we get

How long does setup take?

About two weeks from kickoff to live. We start carrier registration for your texting number on day one. That approval is the one step we don’t control, and it can take a couple of weeks on its own.

Do I have to move my domain?

No. We point your existing domain at the new site. Your email and anything else on it stays exactly where it is.

What happens to the leads I already have?

We import them during setup, so your existing list gets follow-up from day one instead of sitting in a spreadsheet.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Every plan is month-to-month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. The setup fee covers custom work, so it isn’t refundable once we start.

Do you only work with roofers?

Roofing is where we go deepest, and it’s what the system was built around. We take on other home-service trades when the fit is right.

What if I’m already busy?

Then we point the system at reviews and repeat business instead of new leads. Tell us on the call and we’ll scope it that way, or tell you it isn’t worth it yet.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You keep your number and we point it at the system, so calls still ring your phone the way they do now. The ones nobody picks up are what trigger the text back. If you want your texts to come from that same number, we can move it over during setup.

Who is actually sending those texts?

The first one is automatic, written in your voice before it ever goes out. What happens next is your call: the replies can keep going on their own and book off your real calendar, or they can stop and wait for you. Either way you can step into the conversation from your phone.

Why there are no client logos on this page

CLA Growth is new, and we won’t fake a wall of logos or a pile of five-star quotes. On the call, we’ll open a live system and show you exactly what your customers would see, start to finish. Judge us on that.

Find out where your leads are going

Fifteen minutes. We’ll look at your site, how fast you answer and what happens after an estimate goes out. Then we’ll show you where the jobs are slipping.

No pitch deck, and no contract on the call. If nothing’s worth fixing, we’ll tell you.
